Sealed Proposals for the furnishing of all materials and the performance of all labor in accordance with the contract documents for the project referenced herein will be received at the Willard Library, 21 N First Ave. Evansville, Indiana 47710. All bids will be accepted until 2:30 PM (CST) on October 8, 2024. The Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders. Any bids received after the designated time will be returned unopened. Bids shall be delivered in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of bidder and indicating identification of the project. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud on October 8, 2024 at 3:00 PM (CST).

Pre-Bid Meeting: A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and walk-thru will be conducted at the project site on September 23, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Central, local time.
